William Vadim Krainsky

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of William Vadim Krainsky known to all as Bill, on February 6, 2025 at Pennsylvania Hospital. Bill was born on October 16, 1970 in Ukraine and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. He was the devoted son of Samuel and Valentina Krainsky.

Bill was a graduate of George Washington High School and spent his life embracing what he loved with passion and joy. Though he was raised in Philadelphia, Bill was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. He found happiness in the simplest moments – whether laughing with his family, trying new foods, or enjoying the company of his beloved rescue pitbulls, Cyrus and Roscoe. Bill treasured time spent at his mountain house in the Poconos, where the beauty of nature and family brought him peace.

Bill’s heart was pure, and his kindness knew no limits. He had a special way of making everyone feel loved and valued, always reminding those around him of how important they were. His generosity and willingness to help others were felt deeply by all who knew him. Bill’s selflessness and compassion will live on in the memories of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to experience his warmth.

He is survived by his father and mother, Samuel and Valentina Krainsky; sister, Ella Krainsky; partner, Linda Kempf; son, Bryan Matthew Carpenter (Michelle); daughter, Sasha Marie MacKenzie (Xavier); and his niece and nephew, Nadia and Mazi.

Though Bill has left this world, his love, laughter, and boundless spirit will never be forgotten. His legacy of caring, kindness, and joy will continue to inspire those who loved him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bill’s memory to the Philly Bully Team, 3301 Hayes Road, Norristown, PA 19403, a cause close to his heart.

Bill will always be loved, always be remembered and forever be missed.
