William Neuman

Neuman William David Age 87, of Dresher, PA, passed away on Monday, March 28. Born April 20, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA to Harold L. and Sylvia (Haimowitz) Neuman. Billy, an iconoclast from the start with an off-beat sense of humor, was a spelunker, skier, scuba diver and mountaineer in his youth. After graduating the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, he completed military service, then worked for the family business. Married to Donna Reisman for almost 30 years, later divorced, but remained friends. An avid hiker after retirement, he was most comfortable in nature and nearly completed his goal of hiking the entire Appalachian Trail. His surviving family includes his children, Nathan (Marci) Neuman, Esq., Blair (Richard Norman) Neuman, Stacy Neuman and Toni (Christian) Noto; his grandsons Ross Neuman and Sebastian Noto; his sister and brother in law, Ruth and Alan Smith, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
